Inspired by the Hollywood and Bollywood hits, representing mostly the college goers riding bikes, going around on drives, the two-wheeler passion has become the ultimate craze among youth. The youth of Kathmandu is not far behind, as this newly adored lifestyle is catching the attention of the youth. The boys generally believes that a stylish bike and  speed is what required to impress a girl.

 

 

Hanging out on bikes, especially in groups, bikers riding together at a break neck speed are the new passion among these youngsters, which at times creates chill among the onlookers. Mostly the food joints, cafes, eating points and the markets are the favorite hangouts of these riders and it seems that in order to be there as fast as possible they zoom their bikes as if they are riding with the wind.

 

 

 

Bike riding might be a pleasant pastime and a passion for youngsters but their parents remain generally on anxiety, worried over their relaxed lads due to the road mishaps, traffic and the accidents which have taken its toll on a alarming high rate in the vehicular congested Kathmandu. Some riders in a bid to demonstrate their dare-devil skills sent chill down the spine of the commuters who fear walking on roads, as and when any rashly driven bike-riders make their hurricane presence on the scene. It is going to be a tough time for those managing traffic in traffic-undisciplined Kathmandu city .passion has its own side but riding like as if there is no tomorrow on a congested road at a break neck speed and not thinking and caring for what comes after..what do you think?
