Mahesh shakya aka Karma is one of the excellent actors who have been already admired by public. With in short time, he has been able to set up himself as a good actor in the fraternity of Nepali cinema. We can feel from his act that he has immense idea about art. He is an actor from the theatrical base. He regularly performs at Gurukul as well. His first movie “Sano Sansar” was enough to make him recognized. After, his one Newari movie with Melina got released. Respectively, his next movie “first love” hit the floor with big box office collection and here again – a very awaited movie “Ek Din Ek Raat” is talk of the tinsel town lately. This time, we have “Karma” in our frankly speaking segment and his friends commenting in his personal and professional life.

We met at Gurukul for the first time. We both are from the theatrical background. I like the way he acts and he is. He is no doubt a talented person, a very good actor! As a friend also he’s very good and he behaves well with everyone.  He is just too cool and calm. He adores his work very much. No matter, how busy he is but if there is any new play around, we just find him there. We have done some play together and a movie also. I didn’t find any changed attitude and behavior. Anger and enmity is something which is very far from Karma. Acting wise, everything is fine with Karma but I believe it would serve him even better if he goes for dance training. And I also wish him to be little bit fast. Sometimes he is too slow. But, I am sure that he will reach even greater heights.

Firstly, I would like to say, Karma is a very gentle and humble in nature. In today's time, we have so many good artists but I like to put Karma right at the front as in the new generation. He has great potential. His experience of theatre has really taught him well and is doing well for his career. He is one of my favorite co-actor and personally, he is like my kid brother. We both met for the first time during the audition of “Sano Sansar”. Personally, I don’t see any x-factor in Karma but he is disciplined, soft spoken and easy going. Personally, I want Karma to be little speedy and more spontaneous.

We have lot of friends but still, Karma is close to my heart. As a friend, he always support and very helpful. I am not saying this just because of being his good friend but genuinely he’s marvelous actor. The way he acts the depth in his acting and is extremely nice. He has the caliber and I believe he can do well. Behavior wise also he is down to earth. In Sano Sansar, I got to work with him. He is very well behaved and endowed actor of our film industry.
